Cassie has left town and Gary is on his own, today he recruits Ransom to help haul off some junk to the local county clean up and then updates everyone on the house we were under contract on. There was a major property line dispute with the neighbor and we are out of the contract! Thanks for watching and God Bless!

Gary, about 50 years ago my friends were living in a house in the middle of a cow pasture. The house was surrounded by a fence. I went to visit in a sports car and had to park outside the fence. When I was leaving, my car was covered in tongue prints. The funniest thing I ever saw. 😂. But, no dents. Best wishes from NC

We had a dispute, neighbor moved in next door and put a shed over our line! WAY over, along an old driveway that went out through the woods but it was ours. Lawyer had to write them a letter, luckily they moved it.

Property surveys are very important. No surveys were done when I bought my place and when the property next door was sold the new owners had it surveyed and found the lines were way off, that affected the adjoining properties. We got together and everything was settled amicably, and I did pay a small sum for the slice of property I had been told was mine. The big problem is that the entire townsite out here is off kilter. When you put in the numbers done over 100 years ago into GPS it shows roads and property lines far from where they actually are. It is being slowly corrected, but it will taken time.💖💖💖

Yep, be careful leaving the truck unattended. When I was growing up my dad took me to the river behind our house and left his truck in the pasture with the windows down and the cows eat the rubber out from around the windows. Try explaining that to your insurance agent. He picked on my dad about that every time he seen him.

As a builder, you did good and saved yourself THE HASSLE OF YOUR LIFE... That property will be torn down, once someone is willing to pay for the demolition and permits...The people that own it are being stubborn or broke; Pick one. They are only causing more harm to themselves...

My mom said you can’t have nice things with kids, then you have grandkids. When my dad was living we couldn’t have house animals. He finally relented with a kitten.
