You know when your laws fail if they don't prevent events and you know that as a country you fail if idiots like Mr. Justice even have a remote right to address it's fighters, who have the legal obligation to see what happens and have all the rights to extinguish a fire if they find it to be necessary. The aggressive vocal behaviour would in every other country in the world be the reason to arrest such person. It's distracting from a pretty complicated job as extinguish fires, and since he clearly did not want to reason and deliberately obstructing any de-escalation trick, he should be kept responsible for waisting time of EMS. Sure.... The regular nitwits here will argue amendments and court cases from 1949, but the reality is that the entire system of justice is failing in the US, for decades!!!! Freedom of speech, freedom, privacy etc are not words in a dictionary or law... These are norms and values. Once youwant to use these these words you must realise that anyof them comes with responsibility. Ignoring this means a lack of respect. And hey 🙄 we all know about respect in the US. De-escalation is communication. Communication is a 2 way system. Mr. Justice appears to be on a one way road.... Very sad... Especially the insult towards fire fighters. Can't wait to see Mr. Justice somehow desperately needing assistance, where a property owner refuses them right of way so they have to go on a 10 minute detour... See if his mouth can stop then for 5 minutes. Disgusting behaviour a a double F for Mr. Justice for not willing to cooperate straight from the beginning with a service ready to rescue 24/7. They are not security staff or police officers who regularly commit crimes. Haven't heard of a country yet where the population can behave in a disgusting mannerlike this without being removed from the premises. Another amazing video of a country failing in nearly every aspect of life you can imagine.... Unbelievable! 😒

While still on the way I heard my chief say over the radio, "I'm going to be clear of the scene. I was told to do something very uncomfortable to myself and he left. I'll be back in service." Regardless of the open burning regulations, is what the person is doing safe? I don't know what they were dispatched to (the Captain almost said it but was interrupted), if there was a ban on open burning in effect or not (doubtful, as it appears to have recently rained), but if I arrive and tell him somebody reported a fire and he points at a smoking metal bin in the middle of a paved parking lot I'm going to say "sorry to bother you" and leave.

Goes to show how low the bar is for police if Sims' actions here are having him touted as a phenomenal public servant. He was out of line the second he said I'm going to tell you once and got in his face and started yelling, that's escalating behavior. He was out of line when he said I'll leave when I want to leave, that's ego driven, antagonizing, retaliatory behavior. Not to mention devoid of respect for the property owner's wishes. He was WAY out of line when he deliberately tried to provoke a physical confrontation by saying "make me leave". After that he continued to try to provoke a fight with Mr. Justice by saying "any time any time...". Sims calming down and becoming professional afterward, in front of his superior, and confessing to his behavior, which he knows is on camera anyway, doesn't excuse him of escalating and trying to start a fight with a citizen while in the course of his duties. Police are going to encounter rude and obnoxious people during the course of their duties, they need to remain calm and not escalate the situation. Firefighters are allowed to enter property and stay there against the property owner's wishes because the firefighters have the legal right and obligation to remain until a reported fire is controlled.

@@maddog7999 ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? are you on something, bro??? this channel has been completely unbiased since forever. literally look at the past videos and look for yourself that, in fact, most of the videos are about officer misconduct, NOT about real criminals. it's literally only been highlighting awful police behavior. god you're so ignorant. not to mention, before you comment something THIS stupid again, look for the original video that would immediately prove your conspiracy-theorist side wrong.

In some states like Massachusetts for example you are only allowed to burn on certain days and time of year depending on wind and chances of brush fires. If so they would be in their right to tell him to put it out or extinguish it themselves before leaving and do their due diligence to make sure the fire hadn’t spread to any brush in the area

True. I agree with you although, it seems this isn't his first go-around with this kind of thing. Without further context it's hard to say how much they harass him and how frequent he is burdened to file complaints. He should have remained calm but there has to be an understanding that at some point enough is enough. He, potentially, has every expectation to be angry. He also should understand that it won't drive his goal of them leaving him alone forward very well.

Who knows what he was doing with that little fire, but imagine you about to start cooking something and then they just come and put it out without a care in the world. I'd be heated too, then the cop trying to get the last word on my property telling me to gtfo. Nah you gtfo, could've been handled waaay better, but I get why he stayed hostile lol

You can not verify whether or not the fire was contained by this video. The fire fighters are trained on the subject and they need to determine when they need to leave. Mr. Justice seems to be acting out of sorts for no reason other then his ego.
