Bag was a counter puncher, swift on his feet and took advantage of Rambro's blind spots; Rambro is a full frontal hitter with a good hook but not too swift, connected well at times and dropped bag for a protection eight count. Rambro wins by split decision 2 to1 and keeps the title.

Heavy bags are typically shredded cloth that’s around 70-120lbs. Sand compacts and gets hard as concrete so is not used.

I box so him hitting the bad as it comes back at him is a great technique for strengthening your punches...or in his case "ramming". I see he's learning how to hit the bag as it comes at him :)
