My bank would never do that. Even the taxman has to get court documents before my bank will give out such sensitive info. I myself as the account holder have to provide certain info when I phone to verify something on my statements. They wanted my ID number, the phone number I use as well as other personal/private details to verify my identity over the phone.

There are more than just a phone call that cannot be revealed for public. I'm involved with the same nature of this show, I can say there are a lot more to what showed on television.
