I actually believe that M.Bison is certainly strong but not strong enough like he was in SFV, you have to make a lot of effort to overcome the opponents

@rickyrichkouassi2474 I disagree. He was Tier S there and here. Maybe, maybe there (Street Fighter V) he would be a little stronger, a neutral Monster. But here he is still so strong too With the same ability to destroy characters in confrontations, especially shotos

It definitely takes way more focus and effort to play against bison. Scissor kick is really a broken neutral tool and bisons has a ridiculous amount of plus frames. But even besides scissor kick he has great buttons
