I actually planned on making a free resource camp near the starting locations to help new players out. All resources, all arcade and workout machines that give buffs, and all work benches for free. Was thinking of building it across the overseer's camp. And possibly selling free starter weapons and armor. And cheap chems and stims (mainly because i hoard them).

It confuses me that the worm farm doesn't make fertilizer.

The vintage water cooler is also unique as it can be placed anywhere - other purified water producers need to be placed in water or on real soil to work (farmable dirt tiles won't do). So it's useful if your camp is on a rock without soil.

Slocum Joe's Coffee Machine is an underrated item to have. I contacted customer support and put in a ticket to get it for 500 atoms out of my account. It generates the coffee which restores AP (about as much as the base character uses to run, very good for sprinting long distances). As a good amount of people playing use vats which uses AP, having this item that basically gives you stackable free AP every time you play is a godsend. (I also steal coffee from other player camps so be sure to lock it or else a guy like me will come along ;3 ).

There is also water well. Purchased for gold bullion. What makes it better than other dirty water sources is that you don't get rads when you get water from it and glitch spam works on it. The downside is that you can only place it on dirt.

7:06 I agree that Twist is the best in general, but if you have Leo Petrov as your Ally and are trying to level up, Cranberry is the best.

For resource extractor I’m pretty sure you will need to take over a workshop in order to learn how to build the resource extractor unless they changed it.

Personally, I prefer the chickens to the brahmin. They produce more fertiliser and don't get killed every 5 minutes by a stiff breeze. You can also put them inside your house because they don't have to be placed on dirt. I don't use brahmin milk for anything, so the cow is just inconvenient to me.

I think that the Morbid Well Collector is a Fallout 1st item and not an Atomic Shop exclusive. Correct me if I'm wrong. Collectors are pretty much the only thing I buy outside of my characters' themes in the Atomic shop. I don't own the Morbid Well on any account.

The milk machine and popcorn machine can work at the same time. It appears that it may be the order of placement. Also, the Milk runs off electricity the same way as lights. I have used both in 5 different camps.

I have a cement truck, making concrete, butterfly cage / moth cage produce acid. visitor tea machine makes tea, i think there is a coffee machine, too at Vault 79. There is a cookie pot, creating food, a boiler, creating cooked water, and some stuff more. But i am a year after this video, so, i am far away from the available stuff at the time of record.

only reason the brahmin milk machine is bothering me is because they add it to the atom shop briefly and now its not available! Bethesda no longer let you buy things through their ticketing system unless its in their predefined list of items, and the milk machine isn't there. Just bring it back so I can buy it!!!!

I love when I find a camp with all the stuff out there like you have and none of it locked, helps me out so much. I always make sure to go back and browse their vendor for anything usefull. It seems the people that love to put out all the free helpful things you have also have the better prices. The guys with all that stuff locked are the guys also charging 1500 caps for freaking tinker table plans and such!

best free resources, near location resources like streams and places with plants. Also locations that are near spots where you can loot houses, enemies fields and such.

Speaking of resources. Not sure if someone has a recent one or good one out there but most of the time players are doing Lode Baring Event wrong lol. I see people chasing the ore on the walls but dont bother with the miners or excavator power armor. I get playing it passively and sitting outside but if you are going for resources then A. use excavator armor without any weapon equipped and B. loot the chests on the ground from all the drilling from all 3 miners active. You reap way more benefits from keeping them going and if everyone works together you can still get the ore on the walls.

So the gamble woodchuck slot machine can give junk 1 at a time if you do not get caps .....the luck buff

Huh, I always assumed the Tree Sap collector would have been a source of resin. I guess I won't bother getting it for a while then. Slightly annoying that the Fusion Corse recharger is paid DLC exclusive, but it's not like Fusion cores are impossible to find. Ah well.

The problem with resource collectors is that you have to manually harvest them. Really annoying to constantly jump between your camp and other places. Would be much better if all the resources were automatically stashed when the collector max limit is reached.

I've asked on reddit and not gotten a straight answer. A bloatfly dropped me a secret service armor piece, and that wasn't possible some months ago. I'm wondering which items have had this change. And if they're all still untradable.

The dressing station is amazing. I’m not a big food guy, but now the only food I carry is grilled ragstag. And it fills fast, so I’m always at +50 carry capacity. The fact you cannot have both Brahmin milk and popcorn is stupid. There’s no logic to this.

You're missing the Brotherhood of Steel Collectron. I don't believe that's available by any means anymore. And some of the Collectrons that were once scoreboard items are now only gold bouillon items. You didn't mention that in the video.

I normally just kill the assault, Tron Saratoga on the sidewalk you know there’s like four or five over there every time I go to Watoga I just clean up those this old friends and grab all the aluminum off of them is that sometimes the other robots have aluminum too, but it’s all trans. It’s a guarantee party much although nowadays don’t daily around trying to kill him Gerald dad, because they charge better laser their head weapon face weapon really quick and they will burn your ass off.
