AA25 Flamer will totally crush it or match it. I’ve done a lot of math and the odds for the railway to beat the Flamer or Holy Fire in TTK is slim to none you have to have a bunch of auto reloads. They are second to Flamers which makes em the best for rifles

Femos killed Earl in 14 seconds using EPF. Angry Turtle just doesn’t know to handle EPF, has wrong mods on it and so on. Very biased imo

@@FalloutKurier6 that was a long time ago when the energy dmg was bugged and way higher than it should be, now the EPF kills in about 20-24s, still really good and on par with the elders mark(but it will be beat by the elders mark if you get even 1 auto reload) heavies CAN beat rifles in dps but it is not easy juggling all those buffs, harder to be stealthy harder to hit your target too but when it works it’s the best dps in game, the flamer can kill Earle in 10s but it has no range so it’s almost impossible to actually hit Earle Im still trying to find a consistent way to stay in range and maintain all the buffs

I was about to start farming for one (just came back after a long break), realized from watching a few vids that it was worse than way easier to get weapons.

@@rustcohle3088 I have a EPR stabilized and it's absolutely amazing for most of the events, especially those where you are in close or indoors. Like at Sons of Dane, I can just stand in front of the door when waves of ghouls come in, and just spray the door and watch them all melt. It definitely still has its uses and honestly, what makes it really strong is that with the full set of right perks you can absolutely destroy stuff at a lower level without needing to be in the 1000's of levels to do a proper bloodied. I started using mine around level 80 and it was basically god-mode. You're not gonna do that with a RR at low level.

Honestly it should always be semi auto is rifleman auto is commando.

They changed it? When did they do that? I don't actually play the game any more but I'm looking to come back when they added the next expansion.

@trentenfolland3982 Either way your doing massive damage and have a G Roll lol. I have a Bloodied, replenish AP with kills, and 15% critical charge, on an Enclave PR with a relex and stock. I have a boxed Mod for both the automatic barrel and True Flamer Mod. No one has made any offers as it just has a regular barrel mod atm but if I was a bloodied build it would be deadly I imagine lol.

I look it it like Bloodied is best outside of bossing since there’s no damage reduction unless you hit certain creatures on certain limbs. Weak points don’t have any damage reduction outside of bossfights though. Very few guns are better with AA than Bloodied

Even the king (Railway) has problems with not registering. Higher Fire Rate ones are made worse by the fact that a lot of times the shots just get eaten/the target dies and you shoot nothing, it's one of the reasons people have started moving towards Explosive ones, but even those don't seem too good since bosses have such high explosive resist

I dont have sentinel armor but i have a few pieces of ap refresh and run dodgy rank 3 he doesnt kill me in one hit. I also use lone wanderer so that probably helps

Vats crit builds are really the cherry ontop of everything else your doing. But you have to lock on in vats to deal max damage

I take a diluted radaway then need to adjust with toxic goo like most bloodied players i know and it's not as quick. i looked it up and sounds like he has keyboard shortcuts making it quicker than on a Xbox controller.

Yeah pc had the advantage of being able to hot key items to numbers so we can spam 1-9 to spam eat items. And as far as rads, use a diluted rad away (-150 rads) then spam 3-4 spoiled Brahmin milk (+30 rads per milk) is what I do

Sit in a pool of water? That's sounds slower and a way safer way to slowly tick up yours rads

Save spoiled Brahmin milk, it adds 30 rads and you can click a diluted rad away and then slowly spam milk till your back where you need

@@t.dubbya7000 Certainly. When you shoot an enemy ,like AT was shooting Earl with the Enclave Plasma Flamer, damage is not registering. I have had that happen across all enemy types and various locations since the last big update.

dont forget that when Femos did it in 13 seconds or whatever. Legendary mobs had half the health they do know, including bosses. used to be at 50% hp legendaries would mutate and regen their health. if u were fast enough u could burn them down before they had a chance to mutate. now days they dont mutate but have twice the HP. so its no longer possible to burn them down that fast.

What scenarios are you getting 12s kills?? A full squad hitting him with endangerol? Ive done a lot of math and spoken with dataminers about a lot of things and learned stuff the game doesn’t tell you (it’s so bad) fastest TTK you can get with the EPF under absolute max solo scenarios is 24, and that’s not taking into consideration the two times you’ll have to reproc follow through or how long it would take for him to hit you. Plus inconsistencies with his movement means he could go out of range too. So I expect longer than 24s probably closer to 30s kills

QFFR15R railways with the same scenarios as the EPF(except you get stealth damage too) gets 19s kills on paper without auto reloads. Same things to take into consideration how long he takes to reproc ToftT ect. Can extend ttk and auto reloads can shorten it. With the range, vats accuracy and AP Cost the railway is winning (On paper I can’t stress that and I have confirmed the damage with dataminers like I said)

@@trentenfolland3982 My numbers of about a 30 second kill are much more realistic now, there was a minute where you could crit EVERY shot with the EPR flamer, resulting in a rather famous 14s eerle kill *that angry turtle even commented on the origional video* it is disgusting strong dps. Right now woth crits every other shot, and some damage nerfs a reasonable eerle kill with full buffs, revenant and adrenaline 5 with the first 10 seconds being alsp effected by follow through, youre looking at a 30s ish eerle kill, in comparison to double that with a RR. Best i can say at this time is get an AA2525 EPF eith calibrated capacitor and aligned flamer, use full buffs, bobblehead etc and compare it to a q2515r RR, its night and day.. Turtle here got slapped silly with server lag. Ive done the testing myself with an aa2525 epf, calibrated capacitor and aligned flamer full buffs and canned coffee in comparison to both my q2515r RR and qedur RR.. It wasnt even close What im suspecting is the calibrated capacitor *which gived an additional +100% crit damage* is insane and that particularly is what is making such a drastic difference.. mind you i also believe turtle in this vid does not have a calibrated capacitor.

The good news is that other players sometimes have Birthday Cakes unlocked in their camps so you can take the slices.

it was a limited time event, but a lot of people leave it unlocked at their camps for other players luckily. I try to have on near my vendors so people can grab some when they are at my vendor

railway is a bit different u actually dont want Bloody or AA u ONLY want Quad if ur using automatic reciever. B/E rail is kind of a mid weapon at best. ur reloading way too often with a bloody even if u had 15 reload for a 3rd it would still do less dps than a quad just due to the reload animations thats why they dont have much value thats probably a 5k cap gun depending on ur platform

Sometimes I do that with decent weapons, if I don't have room to store & i'm worried someone will grab & scrip. If they have to buy it, they know what it is & it isn't lost to the scrip machine. It at least gives it a fighting chance. Lol

You should have endangerol in there as it benefits both guns and would be done in solo gameplay to proc Follow through. FFR is the best for TTK we don’t want to deal the most damage possible we want to deal damage as fast as possible. QFFR15R Railway Beats AA2550% (it kills in one mag so no 15r) EPF. EPF maxed out compared to a Maxed Elders mark preform almost the exact same and auto reloads let’s the elders make beat the EPF.

Ive spent a lot of time looking into math and having dataminers confirm it. I have accurate damage numbers just there are variables that stop me from getting accurate ttks. I know how long it would take under max scenarios but to get that it takes as second to proc things and every ten seconds you need to reproc either Follow through or ToftT, plus vats accuracy, range, server lag/hit registration.

Since Railway and Elders mark have much better range vats accuracy and imo they land more shots. You might as well go with those two.
