@@CristianTraina Verbosity. If you have two booleans, say: isLoading, isLoaded, every time the call state changes, you need to set both of them to their new values. Whereas, if you use a string union or an enum: 'loading' | 'loaded', you only need set one. And I'd also claim that the code is more readable.
