I love the double connotations with this song, depending on how I listen, I can hear 'I am wasted; intoxiated with your presence' or 'I am wasted; my love is fruitless, and cannot be returned. '

I don't understand why so many people are complaining about Julia's voice. It's different, it has an edge and it suits the music they produce beautifully. It also compliments Angus' voice .. making the harmonies perfect. Amazing song, like every single other.

i can appreciate that some people may take issue with her voice but i really think she has a pretty voice. i guess to a degree you could compare her voice with the likes of bjork or diamanda galas. and i'm not comparing the three, i'm just saying that they each have a voice that could be considered an acquired taste!
