Angus T. Jones is back on TV, for now! The 30-year-old actor, who retired in 2014, returned to his roots on Max's 'Bookie' for a special cameo. The gig featured Angus playing poker in a scene alongside his 'Two and a Half Men' co-star, Charlie Sheen, for creator Chuck Lorre's latest series, which premiered Nov. 30. Lorre tells ET's Deidre Behar how he pulled off Angus' surprise appearance, and if he thinks the role may get the former child star out of retirement. Plus, Lorre weighs in on the possibility of fellow 'Two and a Half Men' alums Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher also showing up on 'Bookie.'

I was initially on Charlie's side and resented the hell oout of Chuck Lorre for killing of Charlie on the show. But after the success of The Big Bang Theory, Mom, Young Sheldon and all of his other work, resentment turned to bigtime respect. The man is a genius comedic writer and producer.

I like them all but Young Sheldon is his best work ever! Great story lines for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone could relate to the show as things they experienced in their own lives.

I watch 2 and a half men (the charlie years) all the time, often nightly. Jon and Charlie and Jake and Berta is the most powerful comedy quad combination ever. I can't WAIT to see Bookie!. Jon and Charlie were lifelong friends, don't throw that away, cmon Jon, get on Bookie!. BRING BACK THE MAGIC. Oh, and if Chuck is listening, an Alan spinoff would be hilarious!. His character became so intense, deep and meaningful after Charlies death.

I'm still saddened by the fact that Angus, John, and Charlie are no longer acting together. 'Two and a Half Men' will always hold a special place for me as one of the greatest comedies ever, alongside classics like 'Only Fools and Horses' from London and 'Still Game' from Scotland.

@@steelstreet79 Angus got burnt out and left/scaled back episodes he was in. After they killed Charlie off they brought in Ashton Kutcher to keep the show going, and surprisingly it worked and kepts going few more years
