I remember the first time I ever saw one of these was one Karate Kid part 2 when the girl in Japan does the tea ceremony for him to show him that she likes him. That was in 1986 when the movie first came out and I was like 7. Nobody ever knew what that green stuff was they were drinking but we wanted to taste it. Now I know it’s matcha ☺️
