This clip changed my life, thanks Mr Akita for uploading it, I had hit rock bottom after some personal failure some time ago and was depressed to say the least but also broken and miserable, I found this clip one day and played it nonstop both day and night for four months while I was confined in a room and I gained alot of courage and wisdom from the words as I understand nepali and also incidentally i started reading about Buddhism as well invoked by ani choying and after sometime i came out of grief and now m doing awesome things.
