Animal Crossing: City Folk - Christmas Eve 2023 (Toy Day)

Күн бұрын30+ minutes of gameplay of the Christmas Eve event (later known as Toy Day) in Animal Crossing: City Folk (ACCF) for Nintendo Wii. I repeatedly find Jingle the black-nosed reindeer, who can be found either outdoors or in the homes of villagers that aren't home. By changing disguises (hats) repeatedly, I trick him into giving me gifts over and over. And I love the festive, wintry atmosphere! Can I acquire the full Jingle furniture set?
Let me know which Animal Crossing game(s) you played for Christmas Eve/Toy Day! (I also played it in New Leaf and New Horizons this year.) It seems like it would be oddly comforting to know that other people were playing the same event in the same games on the same day, perhaps even at the same time. 😊

I love toy days in animal crossing it’s so cozy and the awards are so cool, especially in new leaf and new horizons. Also New leaf has the best toy day because it feels so personal because you ask the villagers what they want ahead of time and then on toy day you dress up as santa and they don’t even notice 😂

Merry Christmas Jeff!! In the future, you can use a hat multiple times aslong as each time you use a different accessory. For example you could go: Straw Hat, Straw Hat + Star Glasses, Straw Hat + Pilot Shades, Straw Hat + Curly Mustache etc. You can switch your hat and repeat the strategy using the same accessories. Aslong as you don’t repeat a combo you can do this until Jingle leaves!!

This was always my favourite holiday event in city folk! I’d always play it around 10pm after my annual family Christmas party. The music, the snow, the lights, and something about going into the villager’s houses with the lights off felt so magical 😍 Don’t think I ever did complete the Jingle Series 😅 So glad you are still playing these events and many Happy crossings in 2024! 🥰

Hey Jeff, I love your City Folk content! Your sense of humour is timeless (as is your town tune, by the way) and never ever gets old. I would watch your channel for your Gamecube and City Folk videos alone. I restarted my town in City Folk last week and it's been so much fun. I've been playing for hours a day, mainly because I've set myself a goal to earn 25k bells a day. Watching your videos make me want to play it more often. Please keep going with the City Folk content in 2024. It's really entertaining!

Merry Christmas and Happy Toy Day Jeff! I don't really like Toy Day on the Gamecube game. I feel like they could've done better. It's just chasing a teleporting reindeer around town and begging for presents.

I love your content Jeff! You’re also super funny! Just one thing: how did you keep track of the hats you used in this video so that you don’t repeat the same one?

Thank you! I had a bunch of hats in my pockets, and I used them in order so i didn't get mixed up. And once you use enough of them (8-ish maybe?), you can re-use them, so I can go back to the start (or use patterns/Mii).

Chimneys, but not a fireplace where Jingle could theoretically come into the home.
