Are you going to leave that cub all by himself there: he needs to be rescued!" Oh please, we shoot a couple of these things every year in Montana. Bears will rip your face off and feast on you alive if they get a chance.

@@chamade166 Last time I was in Montana the people I met really appreciated and liked the wildlife there. If you think bears should be shot perhaps you should move to Los Angeles, I'll gladly swap places with you. BTW, I have a friend who is an experienced Alaskan guide. He's never had to shoot bear with his Glock 20.

Linda, Under random conditions, wild animals finding food can get themselves into troubles. Even a mighty bear is not exempt from this risk. If you see a bear got stuck or something similar, make sure you go help the poor bear.

The movie is called 'The Bear." (1988?) It was one of my favorite movies growing up. I saw it again a couple years ago and it has aged well. Great film!

Luckily it's a movie, but often these things happen for real, often the bear cubs are left without their mothers and it's really a very sad thing. I would very much like to be able to do something, create a movement and make sure to safeguard the safety of this beautiful animal. I in particular for the bear I feel a certain apprehension and admiration, for any specimen. For them I suffer particularly I can not explain the reason, but I cannot stand it and even less I cannot imagine that they can be hurt or that misfortunes can happen to them. Then in particular the bear cubs being also large in size, they immediately go to the eye of predators, precisely because the bear cubs are large and defenseless. Another thing that breaks my heart. I deeply hate thinking about this thing, it makes me sick and as I write this comment, I cry.

I was going to comment why cameraman doesn't help, but now glad I found out it's just a movie. Ban hunting, factory farming and slaughter houses. Stop the cruel practice of setting animals against each other for combat and hunting. Adopting a vegetarian diet is better for forests, water conservation, less pollution, and can feed more hungry humans.

Ramin, Being a vegan is a healthy choice and not contributing to the killing of helpless animals. But some animals are cruel and vicious and I always enjoy watching them got beaten up just by anything. Crocs, hippos, chimps, sharks, and big cats are typical mean animals and deserve a spanking.

Why is it if a mother bear were killed in nature, someone would take that baby to a rescue of some sort & he would be fed until he could be taught to hunt or they would try to place him with another bear who would foster him. When it happens as they film their documentaries, its just called nature and they leave the babies to die?

At first I thought this was an actual story of what happened to the mama bear and her cub. However, it does look like it's from an edited movie. That's not to say that such mishaps don't happen in the animal kingdom. It happens all the time in nature.

@@latifaalali97 I am an artist (fine arts). That's why I am sensitive and soft. Nature and animals always inspire me. I am strong but on otherhand also soft. When I see such as these emotional scenes ,my tears start to run automatically.
