To be clear, most of these animals aren't being "freed". They are going from horrible, inhumane versions of captivity to large, beautiful, outdoor enclosures. Animals that have spent too long in captivity can't survive in the wild, so we do the next best thing. In some ways, living in a large, outdoor enclosure is better than being wild... much safer, don't need to worry about food, etc.

Chimps are my least favourite of the monkey world but watching these boys hugging and staring in awe at the wonders around them. My favourite is of the tigers playing in the water for probably the first time. God bless you all for saving these beautiful animals 🙏 ❤

"You can see the excitement and relief on the faces of these animals"... You can see that whoever wrote this script doesn't really know how to read the faces of these animals. "Excitement and relief" doesn't describe most of them at all. Is more a look of wonder than anything. Sort of a "Wow... what is.. woah, is this grass? The air is so nice! wah...." The amount of sensory overload, wonder and joy on these animals, especially the chimps, is something most people will never really experience.

In the world inside my heart there are no cages. All creatures roam freely and live their best lives, just as I too wish to be free and live my best life!🙏😊

Yeah, the pigeons are released, and then they race each other back to their cages. It was touching to see the Macaw Caregiver cry as he was seeing his favorite birds take to the sky. He loved them. Seeing them go was breaking his heart, but he was giving them his blessings and wishing them luck. They'll meet again in Heaven. Thumbs up!

I'm not an animal lover per say but I'm not definitely against cruelty to animals. People here in Florida are freaking out about bears coming into their yards looking for food and things but what are they supposed to do? They have no where to go. Florida is building more and more everyday and one day there be no more wild animals. Sad truth

Thankyou for finding a way to enrich these animals lives, although still sad they are in cages, however I think/ know I understand why you can't 'just' release them back where they belong. These new environments are 100% better than what they have had previously. Watching the lion when he walks out is beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time, the chimps, their faces show complete awe at what's around then, sunshine, the breeze, and how they hug each other for reassurance . It's horrific what we subject animals to. I visited a zoo some years ago, I couldn't believe they still existed. The big cats in the glass fronted enclosure lay with their backs against the glass despite tourists throwing things at it to make them turn around or move. Yesterday I watched an old 30's movies that took place in a circus and there were a few lions never out on grass, just in their cages or being used as props.

I hate cages! This is amazing to see but on the flip side these animals can't survive in the wild after so long in captivity. Lions especially because other lions will kill them on sight. They will never know True Freedom. I'm so grateful that these animal lovers are willing and able to grant them the next best thing. This should never happen. Born wild, live wild.
