Currently applying for an acting senior role in an immunology laboratory as a biochemist. I haven't studied flow cytometry for many years and it is a core area that the role looks after, therefore this video has been a brilliant starting point to try and get my head around things so thank you very much! :-)

I watched several on this topic, and could only now really understand where that graph comes from and how the pressure, flow, light, size, and complexity all somehow play a role in the final result of the diagram and the separate forward and side diagrams. The side detector seems to focus on how long the cell is. The forward detector can only detect how wide the cell is. Gravity factor comes into play on this machine
