Cartoon chaos abounds in this show-stopper by composer Randall Standridge! Inspired by the music of Carl Stalling, the master of cartoon music, this work acts as a score to a "lost" episode. A lone hunter chases his long-time adversary through the woods and into the city, where hilarity ensues and anvils fly! Colorful orchestration, quirky percussion, and dramatic changes combine to create a piece that evokes the humor and heart of a bygone film era. Challenging but rewarding, this work is sure to be a favorite of students and audiences alike!

Really great piece, played this song at the All-Iowa concert band festival. I am the 1st chair tuba and this piece is a blast! Not only did I get to play the solo in the piece but my band director had me play 47-51 as a solo as well so it sounded cleaner.

I love it! I find it funny that you released this, because the marching band of the high school I graduated from is doing a cartoon-themed competition show! That pesky Wabbit is now running through the pages of a musical score! :)
