Luffy actually have ptsd but not because of his lost loved ones(at his current age), it comes from his loneliness during his childhood. He was abandoned by his family, shanks didn't take him, at first ace didn't accept him and he is afraid of losing his nakama(thats the part he shows his ptsd)

Doppio before (stand) personality disorder, he thought a man named diavolo within his head, in his 40s he got better at looking like a child and learned how to shrink his body, his stand made his condition worseby being diavolo when doppio was doppio and his stand would call him giving him orders through stuff that wasnt a phone at times.

For the record Luffy was in rage with grief after Ace died. Its not PTSD if it is PTSD the war of marineford should impact luffy more. (If you experience a traumatic event you don't automatically have PTSD, The trauma needs to impact your mind to the point that the mind still don't let go of trauma)

Idk about the god complex or pedophile necessarily but I remember one of the very first things my psychology professor ever taught us was “Remember guys-Being a sociopath or psychopath is NOT a mental disorder” like it was such a common misconception I guess it kinda triggered her lol.
