To try and put the snowball nonsense somewhat more logical, in show at least, basically as the original vid mentions but kinda doesnt make super duper clear: In the "healer setting", everyone is born with a level cap, representing their max potential. Some have it good and have a level cap in the 60-80 range while for others life sucks and their cap is like 12 or 25. EXCEPT the heroes, heroes dont have a level cap and can just keep leveling. Furthermore for the male heroes their 'snow' if imbibed or whatever (you know what I mean) it increases the level cap of the recepient. This is why everyone and their brother wants a piece of the healer hero cause its literally a chance to improve their level cap and make themselves able to become stronger than they ever could otherwise. The other heroes dont get the same treatment largely because they are not the "healer hero", meaning they have strong fighting potential and cant be so easily 'drafted' without depriving the kindom of their fighting power. Plus several of them are princesses or people of influence so there's that too. (also I dunno if female heroes can buff others this way or not, been a good while since I looked at the novel).

I can't post what happens there here, just know that along with this, it's a revenge story where the 'protagonist' was broken by the world around him. I remember him and this goddess talking after his wrongful execution, telling him that it's against the 'rules' to bring someone back to life. Yet because of their weird "thing" they have going on the Goddess brings him back despite knowing she'll get punished in some way for him to exact his revenge on the ones who had wronged him and his loved ones.
