So true... As a fan of death note I was a little bit disapointed of this work (i mean it was good but not godlevel) But the introduction of yoneda and what follows were ... It had great potential....but the execution is atrocious. It tried really hard to be the second Death Note with deep existentia crisis-inducing themes, but failed miserably. If you only want to be entertained though, sure, it's alright

The ending was good in my opinion but different people think of that ending in a different way. At least it reduces my post anime depression knowing that there won’t be a second season for definite. The concept behind this anime was really good I loved the use of angels etc. Can’t wait to find another psychological anime to watch.

Only if Platinum End had protagonists as well written as antagonists, this show would've been much better.

the stories of the protagonists are very good (not as much as the antagonists) but super good aswell. The things that takes platinum end from the pedestal of incredible is in my opinion as a manga reader, the pace that those story are presented and the lack of plot twists and interactions with the present. You see, the protagonist backstory is all resolved in the first few chapters. If you met someone that is mentioned in his story like a brother or a friend and that friend turns out to be super important and reappears in the future would be a real shock and plot twist. The protagonists arent bad written, they are just more simple then the villains.

En mi opinión la idea y el argumento de la historia es muy buena, sin embargo deja mucho que desear. Personajes olvidables, mal prota, las peleas son muy malas, vacios argumentales (ejemplo cuando mukaido, el prota y saki se clavan entre si la flecha roja, esa escena no tiene sentido ya que Saki ya le había clavado una flecha al de pelo rosa que hasta entonces no había muerto, y solo tenía una flecha roja. En la misma serie aclaran que la flecha roja solo se puede quitar pasados 33 días o que muera el usuario, lo que demuestra el vacio argumental) La voy a terminar porque me da intriga el final pero deja mucho que desear a mi parecer

I have so many questions watching the opening and episode 15. So one of the competitors flexes on Instagram, the kid didn't want to kill himself, a girl sleeps and these two who investigate the matter are also chosen by angels? The last one thought, with the white arrow. I think he will be the next Metropolitan if it's not the kid.

@@kyriekaname3076 I actually thought about it, that wings can be given too. Once, I felt like reading the manga, but I reached Mukaido's death and stopped.

@@radzbg As far as I remember the manga goes very similar as the anime so for now you aren’t losing anything, apart from the manga already finalized so you can know the ending (?)

Bro They changed the outro in this version. In the first it's "It ain't over till it's over, Yuuou Maishin Go" but in this version its change to something else that i don't know what it is but it end with "Shikai Go"
