I think you've made a lot of good points and overall, your arguments are pretty good. However I do think it has some holes like the technicality of Sengoku not being a marine but an inspector so you can't definitely say Sakazuki > Old Sengoku (Although I do believe that to be the case). There's also the problem with titles not being taken literally because for example Kaido is said to be the strongest creature which contradicts Whitebeard's "Worlds strongest pirate" title. Overall I'm not sure how this fight would go and I think it could go either way. If I absolutely had to pick a side I would go for Sakazuki since literally anyone the dude touched so far is either dead or has a permanent scar.
