There’s just something about Ms. Anita Baker that’s remarkably sultry, sexy yet classy. Her voice… man, what can I say, it is timeless. I remember hearing the late great Whitney Houston saying she was so happy when Toni (Braxton) came on the scene because it took a lot of pressure off of her to be so perfect. Toni and Mary J both acknowledges Anita played a major role in their careers, which speaks to when an artist talent influences another’s artistry.

My wife was upset with me a couple of weeks ago because of a conversation that I wasn’t giving her my undivided attention and to add insult to injury I was picking a little bit when she was serious........when she picked up on my antics, “all hell broke loose”, and we we’re in the kitchen while she was washing dishes. She stopped washing dishes, yelled at me and threw the dish rag at me........”she took it all out on me because I was there”. The most amazing woman to ever do it! Her music sets with you throughout your life. Being a kid from the 80s to now? You appreciate waking up Saturday mornings, cleaning up the house while moms play her in background😁. Made the whole day to remember for rest of my life! She was always apart of my childhood to my adult hood

She cant sing a bad note and she hit all the right ones on this CD. I bow in homage to Ms.Baker's talent and mastery of her own gift. Classic...
