17:00+ min and no sound comparison, way too long dude it looked like you were doing a shell game a few times there, just too long. The battery life is stated not actually, like the boost for instance, stated 12hrs but getting just over 7hrs playback...the original is the only one of the three that get decent play back to their stated times... Anyway, just saying it’s a long video, and from what I understand you have another 28min vid on the sound comparison!?? Should’ve wrapped that all up in one, then at least the 17min vid would feel worth while...no one has that kind of time to spend on comparison vids...can you imagine. Thanks for sharing

17 minutes and no sound comparison. Even spent a minute just guessing how many watts the tweeters might be using when he could have been playing them. Too much repeated over and over. Then near the end we see a simple table that has all that info, and we can read it if we want to. 17 minutes of a speaker comparison and not one sound played. There needs to be a warning about that in the video title. KZfaq should never have removed Dislike votes.

Hi! I got the SoundCore Pro + for 40 euros second hand. I reckon it’s a really good bargain. The bass are a little bit too strong for my taste but they are fairly clear and the midz and trebles are beautiful. I think it’s good for practicing acoustic guitar and songs and watch movies on portable devices. I had it for 5 days. Really glad :)

Just so you know the Pro has been discontinued. The battery overheats and will burn the surface that the speaker is sitting on. They're on ebay now but I wouldn't buy one.

Daniel Villiers Its similar. From what I've read it has less bass then the pro which is welcome since the pro honestly sounded like shit compared to the boost. The pro had bass which caused the speakers to distort at times. I would also assume the Pro + also fixed the issue with the charging circuit burning itself up inside the speaker lol. Its well documented if you look it up.

Skip to 17:00 and save yourself some time. All he does it talk about the specs and repeats himself many, many, many times. Could have condensed this video into 5-8 minutes if it was more structured.

5K (INR) for this speaker is a waste of money. Why? Because after almost 11 months of use (bought this on 02/10/2019), after watching the "unbox therapy video on Anker Soundcore 2 " review online. However, I still went ahead and purchased this. This product's cost is way too high compared to other similar products offered by different brands. Now, within 11 months only, the speaker is producing distorted sounds. I complained to Anker regarding the same since it's still in warranty, but they would not return or repair the product saying - "If the issue persists, we regret that we are not able to help you walk into our 18-months warranty process. Because I've noticed that you purchased this order from ATM RETAIL, and they are responsible for the warranty. We don't process the warranty from purchases made through our resellers because we don't have their order details in our system." Really? I am disappointed and did not expect this was coming from a company like ANKER. My bad. I should never go for this product, and neither should anyone else. It's better to choose a good brand with better customer values (Philips, Sony, Bose, JBL, etc.). @unboxtherapy - I am really disappointed and should have never trusted you guys.

When you compare speakers on KZfaq what people look for is the *sound test and sound comparisons,* which is missing here. And 17 min is way too long. Technical specifications can be found easily through googling, only key specs what people need to know from a KZfaq video.

The Diamondboxx is actually 40 watts. I just picked one up new for $129. Sounds good. I've an Anker Soundcore Sport and the Diamondboxx 40 does sound better obviously. No IP rating though. But it didn't convince me enough to not try it against something else for less money. I was thinking of getting the Anker Soundcore Pro and comparing the two. See if the $40 difference is worth justifying keeping the Diamondboxx. Hope this helps.

Jesse N I purchased the anger sound core plus and the diamondboxx and the anger blows it away. Audio quality is really good on anger and the bass sounds impressive. Diamond box is loud but no good audio,quality returned it 2 days later also the DOSS xl is really good can’t beat the audio quality and the price is a must buy

Mimikyu The Pokemon Hey Mim thanks for the feedback. Yeah after playing around more with the Diamondbox I'm still not that impressed. I was even thinking trying the JBL charge 3. Price came down to $120 and its IPX7. I do love Anker products and own a few. I really love my Soundcore Sport XL, but I want more than 16 watts. More like the 40 watts the Diamondboxx has and somewhat comparable price. I will check out the Soundcore Plus for sure and look into the Doss XL. Let me know if you come across anything else.

Jesse N hey no worries I really wanted to like the diamondboxx as mush as I tried to convince myself I couldn’t. The anker soundcore pus sounds awesome up to 65-70% over that it’s almost as loud as the diamondboxx. After trying the Doss XL it’s just amazing lol
