Italy didn’t “betray” the Central Powers. The Triple Alliance was a defensive one. Austria-Hungary was the aggressor because they declared war on Serbia.

There is one thing you could have added, you could have added an ending in which Britain joins The Central Powers to to Kaiser Wilhelm II being King of Britain as well as German Emperor, due to the Male primogeniture not being a thing.

it wasn't gonna happen. too many problems. even their own generals didn't trust each other, that's why they lost the battle of tannenberg. there was this anecdote that 5 men would fight in a line and when the first guy in line died the next guy would pick up his rifle and keep fighting because russia didn't have enough rifles to supply their troops...
