Sprained your ankle or had previous surgery and still got weakness in the ankle and calf? Or maybe you've got some niggly chronic shin splints?
Sometimes you need to work on extra strengthening of the specific muscles in the calf that control inversion and eversion, namely the tibialis posterior, anterior and the peroneals.
Grab a powerband (or theraband) and a fixed object and work on your FULL ROM inversion and eversion movement LOADED. Make sure you get the right technique in kneeling first, then do it in standing on one leg. It will be a game changer for your ankle!
