I think its not necessary to ask "if I may call you this and that?" if you are in A&E ... please be real... we have the monitor ..we know a patient who has 87 sats would be tachypnic and may require your urgent care... being a doctor of intensive care medicine i find this unnecessary

This is for the purpose of exams man..Not real life setting. This is how its expected to be carried out in the exam.
