Goodbye (goodbye) I hate to see you go But have a good time (have a good time) So long, I'll miss you, dear, I know But have a good time (have a good time) Have your fling, be gay with your new love I'm setting you free Dance and sing, pretend that it's true love Don't worry 'bout me I-I-I-I know (I know) that tears will only drive you Farther away (farther away) Just go, forget that I'm alive It's your holiday (it's your holiday) When you're tired of being reckless and carefree Remember that I'll be waiting to welcome you home So have a good time (have a good time) Sax continues behind SPOKEN: "Bye, baby. Gee, I hate to see you go but have a good time." So long SPOKEN: "You know, I'm really gonna miss you but have a good time." End of sax

Dang JJ! Where in the devil did this come from? I'm jealous of whomever it is posting these! I hope they don't get yanked! What a gem is right! Her dress & hair...it looks like when she appeared on Jack Benny's show. She was discovered early on, but wasn't THE Ann-Margret until after her performance at the Oscars...which then, made her a household name. This had to be on the Jack Benny show. She's exactly Jimmy's age...so she was 18 years-old. Thanks a million! xxoo Red

Correct, this clip is from the Jack Benny show. I would date it at 1960 or perhaps 1959.

This is re. a comment by someone calling herself Dolly, in all likelihood because she had a wooden head. Maybe you lost a bet that required you to say something so ridiculous or are you simply unaware of the belief, it's better to not make an idiotic comment and let people you know think you're nuts than to make it and remove all doubt and reveal it to everyone who read it.

She must cringe when she sees these oldies. The moves are mannish, her jaw looks extended. However, those were the moves for men and women back in the day, Bobby Darin, Bobby Rydell, Fabian.

I think she's more likely to cringe at todays moves. But that's just my opinion.
