I love singing and playing an instrument at the same time - that’s when I feel most comfortable. My family are very musical too. Breaks my fucking heart every time I see this and watch how absolutely stunned Ricky was. There isn't a doubt in my mind that she would've won if she chose him, he won 3 seasons in a row for a reason, he's a great coach and would've helped her iron out the minor mistakes she made while performing. Not to mention he looked in love with her, I don't believe in true love at all but if there was ever a time I could've believed it was right there. Serves her right though, her choice should've been obvious, she was so misguided later on and lost because of it.... But damn Ricky looked like someone tore the heart right out of his chest.

I did think about that a lot, thought she might not have noticed his looks as she's looking at her harp the whole performance so she has no idea that he's looking at her so. Not sure if it matters all that much with her choice, I still really think she should have gone Ricky just because I don't think Will is really her style >

Why did Will do this? I mean I know, it's a competition and stuff, but it was just one girl, couldn't he be kind? I mean, Ricky was REALLY in love with her voice, he wasn't even blinking he wanted her so bad, why couldn't he just let this one go? And why did this stupid girl chose Will.i.am over Ricky? Just because he is well known, doesn't mean he is a better coach, I was so mad when I first saw this lmao

Jamie Newton Ricky's infatuation for her outweighed that fact that she would probably have more success with a bigger name like Will I Am? It's business and having emotions get involved is bad for it. (excluding emotions involvement in your actual music obviously.)

harper rose How is it cheating if everyone sings with a mic on this show? Every show has different ways of auditioning. Also, these contestants have gone through A Capella auditions prior to this show, and then after they are selected, they are invited to the blind auditions.

Not only is she majestic in this performance, the tension between Ricky and William is through the roof.... this video is also a classic, not just the song.... no music video can beat this.... Between falling in love, treachery, ambition and finally amazing music.... there is everything! !
