The new music is better, there might be a new quad, but mostly the comparison shows how much she was struggling to breath. Hopefully her lungs do recover before the worlds!

More fluid and intent displayed with her movements now...Energy and confidence too. Music is much better now too... Anna has nailed everything since and is a true Champion!

Skates beautifully, three Russian Nationals and she's still a dark horse in many's eye. Taller and stronger with more grace now, hopefully her recovery from illness will soon be behind her. I know that the intention about changing the music is to get a program more dynamic and "less monotonous", but in my opinion, Anna is a very expressive and dramatic skater, so programs as Perfume, Dreamcatcher, Elegie: O Doux printemps d'autrefois and this FS with the first song choices are really interesting from her... If I was her coach, I would easily repeat her programs of this season (FS with the 1st songs) to the Olympic season or Perfume as her SP...

Between both different and improved is clear. I don't like change of music in second part but was decision of her coaches. Well job of Anna.

I like the fact that they added new music but they should have changed the Step Sequence and the choreography so it matches the new music more.

I love Anna's Skating and the last lady I felt this way about was Tara Lipinski That i knew would win Olympic Gold like Anna will do.

She’s a beautiful skater, I really wish her well, she’s not been healthy the past few months from pneumonia but hoping at worlds she’ll bounce back. I also wish Eteri would fix her technique on her jumps because they severely lacking on the correct edges and under rotations. 😳

New music is much better

I love Anna's skating for its beauty and grace. She needs to work on some skills like her jumps but she has gorgeous spins and artistry. I don't know why people hate on her. I love Alëna too for her character and skills, Rika and Elizabeta for their skills and technique, lately I even like Daria who seems to put a lot of feelings in her skate and has pretty good skills. Even then, I never hated on anyone in the skating world. Why would you hate on anyone of them? Is it because your favorite didn't win? I didn't even hate on Adelina when she wasn't supposed to win against Yuna even though Yuna was my favorite skater after Mao, Carolina, etc. People should stop hating. The federation needs to change, hating on a single skater only ruins her life.

By the way she got a nice body. 2 years ago after injury she was too thin

The second ending pose is better acording to the whole program and the new beginning. Her arms and head stand out in her style.

Anna is beautiful and artistic skater. i think she listens to her music when she skates, that's a plus. Many don't even notice change in nuance of the music and skate the same all the way. However jumping technique wise, she is one of the worst currently competing. Her skating skills is just okay because I notice bobbles, lose of balance, and lost of speed sometimes from here during stsq or transitions. Overall, I like her but I do understand she many think that she was overscored in TES due to not so clean jump tech wise.

I have to say, Anna's camel spin is not my favorite. It seems to lack energy and flow, especially since her non-skating leg is bent instead of straight. I love her illusion, though.

And that's why I rarely read discussions under Anna's videos. Full of armchair "experts" with a feeling of inferiority who just repeat and repeat what they've read elsewhere. If she can do this she will be very competitive and could win the Olympics. These are small tricks that make a big impression. Oh, by the way, judges love skaters with great line. Why do you think Goordeva and Grinkov won their second Olympic gold with a flawed program??? Because they captured the essence of great skating: flow, grace and elegant line.

Why they changed music? Beethoven/secrets are so pretty but only for listening because she doesnt skate to the music. She hit the sound only once in this part. Weird

"The step sequences are the same" Whaaattt? Lol. Dont yo know the steps or what? In test skates, the second combo of difficult steps is twizzle-counter-bracket-counter-loop. At 1t cup, the second combo is bracket-counter-loop. And you must be blind if you dont see a twizzle toe steps before the last spin at 1tv cup.

Her technique isn't perfect, but Anna's such a naturally artistic skater. It's a shame she gets such badly choreographed programs. Come on, Daniil...

Ah, here we go, my most hateful free this season from the top Russian ladies. Music is completely separate from the program, there might as well be hard metal playing in the background - it wouldn't change a thing. I have no idea what Daniil is thinking when giving smth like this to someone as naturally musical as Anna (tho I guess if you give it to anyone else it'd be even worse lol), but even she cannot pull this off. P.S: not to mention that disgusting dress, Ryabenko really needs to take a break.

She is like a ballerina. She really floats and her arms are so pretty. However, I will never fully love any program of hers due to her flutz and subsequent scores not reflecting her poor technique. That is only partially her fault. The scores are in the hands of the judges who are being paid off by Eteri and the Russian federation in some way, I am sure.
