【日本三大秘境】白川郷の散策 : Walking Around Shirakawa-go（Gifu, Japan）

岐阜県飛騨地方の白川郷を散策いたしました。紅葉には少し早いですが、アニメもリメイクされているということで絶好のタイミングだったと思います。
【Shirakawa-go】
The Ogimachi district of Shirakawa-go is known for its gassho-style villages. A village with a unique landscape was highly evaluated and was selected as important preservation district of historic buildings in 1976. In 1995, along with Gokayama (Ainokura district, Suganuma district), it was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (cultural heritage) .
The Ogimachi district of Shirakawa-go is valuable because it is still used as a place for real life, which is different from the gassho private house villages in other areas.

日本の世界遺産の中でもあまりにも有名で何度もテレビなんかで映像は見るけど、散策という形でこんなにも詳細で細部まで映した映像を見るのは初めてです。それにテレビとは違い観光向けの良い所ばかりを切り取った映像ではなく、ありのままにすべてを見せてくれるAnnaさんの映像はあたかもそこを自身が散策しているかのようなリアル感があります。いつもながら貴重で素晴らしい映像をありがとうございました。

Yes, it's possible.... I recommend you go to test it out. I lived there one year, and feel more "at home" there than anyplace on earth; the images are hauntingly familiar and feel like home.

Almost all videos like this are filmed early in the morning (5am or so) so the filming wont disturb the villagers out of courtesy.

The cinematography, color grade, shot angle, and music, it's perfect. It feels like i'm wandering those places, it's so calming and serene. My heart always belong to these places, a village surrounded with nature. I'm glad i found your channel, keep it up.

@@sana9709 I would guess a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro because this video is in 5K 50fps. Not many other hand-holdable cameras do 6/5K at 50fps.

Thank you, Anna! I recently read Alex Kerr's "Lost Japan". In it he tells of how he bought an old house and rethached the roof twice. Thank you for showing us a bit of that process. The rest of the video is excellent as well. A perfect trip into the countryside. I now see a bit of what Kerr was talking about in your display of the Wada House interior.

@@grogukillstreak5056 I believe so yeah. Before covid I remember seeing that place get a fair bit of traction due to tourists. The population itself is a bit over 1k but there is a popular anime set in Shirakawa-go and that anime has been out for quite a bit. So due to that and Shirakawa itself looking beautiful I'd guess they probably enjoy seeing people appreciate their town

Oh....how I have missed these moments... OK, minutes of beauty and serenity these past few weeks while I was traveling from west to east coast here in the U.S. These last two videos, very much alike, yet very different. Both in the high mountains, where yes.....seeing this in a blanket of snow would be fantastic. But be safe in your travels back, snow and ice can be beautiful, but hard to travel in. Love the different "houses" which appear to be historical museums of what was. Just fascinating.. You have once again treated your viewers to the wonders and beauty of this marvelous country. Regardless of the seasons, the beauty will always be there. Arigatou my friend, be safe.

岐阜県の白川郷... 部落総出で藁葺き屋根を取り替える最近 NHK つで放送していました。一部にやってましたね。世界文化遺産になるべくしてなったと思います。ゴミひとつ落ちていない事に感謝ですね。Anna さんのお陰で日本の素晴らしい風景と知らなかった場所を見せて頂ける事にも頭が下がりっぱなしです 💕

Konichiwa from Ireland....it's a cold, rainy night and here i am cycling an exercise bike while taking a virtual tour of a beautiful village in rural Japan....a country that is visually stunning and filled with wonderful people. I have great memories of my past trips and cannot wait to be able to go back when all the restrictions caused by covid are over. I visited Shirakawago last late autumn and it was so beautiful. The red leaves meet with snow covered mountains. I felt so peaceful. Hope to be able to return to this pretty village in the future 🤍

I miss Japan so much.. I was at Shirakawa-go like 3 years ago. Beautiful place. My visit was in autumn. Hope to visit this magical place again in winter.

年頭のライトアップでは雪不足で苦しめられ、その後は567で〜な白川郷。でも現在はGoto~で活気を取り戻しつつある様な。今年は台風の本土上陸０により、樹々の落葉が限られた為豪華な紅葉が期待されるとか。今後も動画期待してます。

Je la visionnerai demain c'est promis...et comme promis je l'ai visionné ce soir. J'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver Gifu sur la carte. Charmant endroit avec de très jolies jitaku avec une belle architecture et des intérieurs joliment mais sobrement décorés. J'adore, à bientôt, Philippe 💌👍
