hey guys and welcome back to another video! I have been part of the that girl movement for a long time now but - as almost everyone else - I fall in and out of my routine every once in a while. so here's me trying to get back into it. ❤️
DISCLAIMER: I have very mixed feelings about the whole that girl movement. in a healthy dose I think it is beautiful and inspiring. in no way, shape or form do I want to endorse an unhealthy or obsessive lifestyle. I am all about balance.

people should start posting "THIS GIRL" routines, everyone has different needs and different habits. instead of trying to be "THAT GIRL", we should be productive in our own way! and I liked that you didn't try to change your workout routine or the way you eat because of the trends :)

Focus on yourself, study but also take breaks! Having a good work life balance is the key, don’t work yourself dead but also grind, if you know what I mean? Eat, sleep, see your friends… this is an important time within your life, not just for your academic life but also your personal growth ❤️

well the reason your routine is getting messed up is cause you are NOT that girl. you try to be that girl either for youtube or people etc for a long time. the REAL you is somewhere in the videos and some of us (probably the older ones) of course see and unterstand that. but I don't think you are this productive high energy person in real life/when you don't try to be a ,,that" person who you created online or in your mind.
