14:45 it was way more OP back in the day when there was no other indication of annie's stun being prepared rather than the spiral when it's ready. Once I got accused of "scripting" because the enemy yorick didn't know that trick 16:40 the malignance and rylai's effects are caused by tibbers autoattacking, not only being there... it used to be like that though, but it got changed when they reworked the items
