@@Arissiah I think most of the other channels are a bit too serious in maintaining the aesthetics as in the videos move a bit too slow and too serene while Annika's include her mistakes and frustrations here and there. And we also got commentaries from her that let us into her thoughts which is relatable and funny.

oh my god annika, please please please in the future never ever eat food or drink out of dented cans. Not only can you get food poisoning, you can get botulism!! AND when a can is bent like that, the plastic lining in all cans flakes off and is in your food!! it is SO risky i am really glad you didn’t get sick.

Same here and I’m so happy your relationship with food is getting better! I’m autistic and emetophobic and so often I’d just rather not eat than try to find a food that feels safe. Seeing people cook and enjoy their food really helps calm my anxiety around it! Annika will always be my comfort KZfaqr :)

The heat has been so bad on the east coast too, today’s high was 96 degrees (Fahrenheit lol)!! I start melting after 70 lol I’ve never thought of making ramen eggs using teriyaki marinade 🤔🤔

For onigiri I love putting them in with lil sausage links and egg, helps hold them in place if your not stuffing with salads. That and silicone cupcake liners are good to keep shape and not cover other food.

Finallyyyyyyyyyyyy I was waiting soooo looonggg for what I eat in a week video!!!! Also a minor suggestion: when you make chickpea curry , you can blend the onions and tomatoes once they are cooked and then add them to chickpeas... It'll bring more creamy texture and evenness in the curry.

hey sweets! So try the curry again, but after adding in the spices, add in a tablespoon or two of tomato paste, then add the coconut milk, also helps to get a solid curry powder.

It helps if you run your knife blade under hot water until the blade is almost hot to the touch. It won't be hot enough to melt anything, but it will make cutting it easier.
