Rushmoor Wellesley 10K saw an effort to bring together local communities at one running event. Olympian and marathoner Steph Twell kindly joined us to give an interview, start the race, and even ran the course to give motivation to other runners.

This channel is a breath of fresh air among the tsunami of running channels which take running so seriously. Running is fun and I think many channels lose sight of this. Keep up the wonderful work!

Ha Andrew, it does look a tad like that. His name is Graham - I will have to mention to him the similarity see if he’s had that before. The ultimate goal of JOG ON: get Tim Henman in a video
