We are apart of a state public virtual school (seems very similar to your experience). It has been a very positive thing for our home.

I grew up with Sonlight! Idk if it's the same now as it was then but I loved it because of all the great books.

I was thinking about sonlight but with history and reform/protestant I don't know how controversial it will be. I was looking into RC history but not sure
