Honestly, this is the first course from a KZfaqr that I might actually consider buying. She doesn’t seem gimmicky like a lot of the other tech KZfaqrs. ❤

In fact appealing gimmicky is a huge fear of mine because I really haven't seen much great products coming out from content creators 😅 However as someone who has been so positively impacted by educational products outside traditional education, I see the positive impact it can bring to people and I'm trying to achieve that 🙌

Hello hello, Module 3 and 4 are in production and I send out an email as soon as an episode is produced. Trying to get them done in Q1 2024 - with the highest quality possible. Will dive into prepping assets for a case study for sure 👍

Hey Aliena, Just want to say thank you so much for sharing your knowledge on this platform. I'm an aspiring UX/UI Designer, self-teaching UX and honestly, I feel a bit lost because there is so much information out on the internet regarding what to learn about UX, and I'm quite overwhelmed because I feel like I have the basic knowledge and some level of understanding, but it's not developed yet. I would love to know if the fast track course has a structure of learning as I feel I desperately need some guidance and structure in my form of learning, as I have been trying to self-teach for the past 6 months, but honestly, I feel like I am not going anywhere with my method of learning. Does your course have a project that I can complete and add to my portfolio which can be sent to employers? Additionally, would I be able to share my progress directly with you or any of the other students who are enrolled in your course? Thank you so much again for creating this! I just want to make sure that this course can help me develop my UX skills and potentially land me a job in the near future.

Being a self-taught designer is tough! Let me try to answer your questions: 1. Yes, you will be completing a project that can showcase in your portfolio, and I will tell you how to choose a great topic (no more prompt generator!) 2. Yes, you can share your progress with me. And I often host 1-on-1 with my students (I can't guarantee a response all the time, but DM me in the platform will be the fastest way to reach me) Finally, regardless you enroll to Fast Track UX or no, I highly suggest you to find 2 accountability partners who also want to transition into UX and co-work with them on a weekly basis.

Hi Alliena, I love your videos. I really been interested in your class since I first heard about it. I’m currently enrolled in school pursuing a web development degree. Im not the biggest fan of coding. At times it was difficult and I had doubts. Then I found ux design, and thought that could be a smoother transition. It helped gain my motivation back into the tech world. Do you feel I should polish up my skills in wed development as well while working on pursuing ux design.

I also learned web dev and had a cs degree in school. I never regretted pivot into UX/product design. Life is much easier and happier after I work on what comes natural to me.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest you to check the best way to select personal project (Module 3, episode 1) so that you can choose the best project for Google Certs 👍 (This specific episode shall go live in Fast Track UX in 1 week. )

Hey there, if you buy now, you will access all produced episodes. The reason that some episodes are not released is because I'm still producing them 🙈 I'm using real time feedback and data to produce each episode. But I'm trying to produce faster than 80% of the student learning speed. So most students don't feel like they are waiting for another episode. Why would you call it "UIUX", when UI is a subset of UX?

That's a great question, in fact in the second episode of this course I explained the difference between UI, UX and product design. Tech industry is shifting our titles from UI designer to UX designer and now to product designer. It's really a title difference, regardless what we are called, at the end of the day we are designing for the product. So the course is designed for people who want to land a product design (UIUX design) role in big tech.
