7:24 Pichu was HARD nerfed in 3.10, all of its electric moves did more recoil and his f tilt killed at 120% pre patch but post patch it killed 140% (at least what I heard) pichu was top three before that nerf.

Side Tile and Up Tilt - Lesser Dog Down Air - Gaster Blaster Up Air - MTT Cross Bomb Back Air - Asgore's Spear Side Special - Annoying Dog Car Neutral Special - EnDOGeny Rockets Up Special - C-Round Dash - Surprised/Scared Toby (From Papyrus fight) Dash Attack - MTT Jetpack Up Smash Charging animation - Temmie Face Up Smash - Undodgeable Temmie Attack Down Smash - Dogamy and Dogaressa Axes Forward Smash - Greater Dog Taunt Animation - Room Of Dog (Jab, Down Tilt, Forward Air, and Down Special have no specific reference, although the Forward Air is most likely a reference to Papyrus's special attack.)

I would have done it but I'm very late , but to be exact it's more that their gender isn't said either so that people can leave it up to them , or to identify to them , like Frick , i mean Frisk , so they aren't really "gender neutral" it's just anybody can call them however they want , though the very big majority of people call them with feminine pronouns which is pretty frustrating after a while
