Thanks Anoma daughter, as I mentioned earlier I am a fan of yours who is a senior citizen. I still keep trying and though ur classes are so perfect, on my part I don't reach the mark due to lack of skills. But I enjoy watching and keep on pursuing.., best of luck to you and may u continue with it excellent and most useful quality work

I have been making this for years i had a sri lankan work friend , i remember frying the sprats inside the house and what a mistake , now i heat up the oil first walk out side with the pan with hot oil and fry the sprats outside or heat up the oil on your BBQ - it saves having to buy air freshener ;)

Dear Anoma, thank you so much for your channel. I am from Australia and you are a life saver... . i have few questions. could you please suggest few meal plan menu for lunches and dinner. i always mess up the combination and ends up a disaster. Secondly how to avoid frying the onions and other food as my husband has cholesterol and BP. can this be done in the oven? Regards
