The extra detail in MW2019 is your character gets a voiceline that's either about getting ready to prepare to die from a nuke or saying sorry to his/her teammates because they're all going to die there. Because nukes in MW2019 kills everybody and also ends the match.

The most memorable is the manticore, which is the main enemy's weapon and the main reason of the story. But the most epic is infinite warfare, with bringing the giant space ship with fast time travel.

I kinda like the launch sound in mw19 But nothing can beat mw2, the sound is terrifying, and voicelines make it feel even more chaotic

Vanguard (2:38) has the best nuke animation where your eyes vaporise which is realistic also the nuke's sound effect coming is the best , Mobile (2:54) has the best activation since you need the case and big red button, MW 2019 (2:13)(2:30) has the best activation radio convo since you need higher authority access for it and has best end screen because bro it's a freaking nuke. Special mention to Infinite warefare (1:05) because that ship popping up is the bomb.... literally.

I like KEM Strike concept as gamechanger. Like, it'd boring if you dropped a bomb and the game continues. Not so rewarding unlike MW2, IW, MW2019 and Vanguard, where you FINISH the game. With KEM Strike you bring chaos to map: the layout and geometry changes and visibility at long distances is reduced due to fog, paths in some places are no longer accessible while the other are opened, straight paths will become hills of rubble. And, c'mon it's more scary to survive the blast and then see the whole ass map is destroyed.
