Omg! You got another Swing Zip. I saw this in person and the video does not do it any justice. In person it is adorable. I guess if I were to get one it would be the green one. The color of yours is gorgeous. I've been into contemporary bags lately. Loving yours so much

I love this bag! 💕. I think it’s coming back in Hunter Green for the fall. I would get that one, too! I generally choose bags based on the style and the quality, and a lot of the contemporary bags are every bit as great quality as the luxury bags.

Hi Cami! 🥰. Yes, it’s a good drop. Definitely fine with a coat, although of course someone with big arms will have less drop, but it should fit since it can be lengthened more.

Love the color! I purchased the lime green and they had the straps in mine too but the whole bag was factory wrapped. I put mine on a hanger by the straps and they straightened out perfectly in a couple of days. Love, love the Maple color!

Oh awesome! 🥰. I love the dark lime, too! I would have gotten it if I didn’t already have Pistacio! My straps were fine a few hours after unpacking the bag and setting it out. That’s good leather when it recovers quickly!

The dark brown color is so beautiful especially in person. I was surprised by how small the bag actually is but nonetheless I love the look of it. I’m definitely looking to get this for fall/winter 🖤

Mine came exactly like yours. I was so disappointed in the packaging. I sent it back because I was so annoyed by how it was packaged after waiting so long for it to be released again. I used my birthday reward, and you can't get that back once it is applied. The Maple is currently 7/7/2024 on Amazon. I am on the fence about purchasing again, but I agree that once it is gone, it will be gone. I have the blue-grey quilted tabby, and I haven't unpackaged it yet thinking that that is a color that they may not bring back. I am thinking of returning that and using the funds towards the swing zip. hmmm, decisions.🤔 lol, tfs.❤

Oooh that’s a hard decision! It’s terrible when they don’t package things carefully! I do think the grey might not come back in the Tabby. It seems Coach doesn’t repeat seasonal colors, or most seasonal colors. Thanks so much for watching! 🥰

I think if you hang the bag from the straps, like on a hook over a door, the straps will straighten out. The weight of the bag and gravity may straighten them out. I love the color. And your dress is super cute.

This simple, elegant bag is SO good, Dawn.❤Now we're talking old time Coach quality! I understand your upset but the straps will be fine. Just weigh the bag down with a few things & hang it overnight to train them. (I just got a leather bag from The Horse in Australia. They had folded & wrapped the straps to ship the bag. They're fine.)🤗🌻

Hi Raelle! 🥰. Yes, it’s been AGES! 🤣. The straps were fine in a couple of hours. I was so annoyed though as you can tell! Coach has been killing it! I feel like this happens every summer, they release so many great bags it’s hard to keep control of yourself!

I love it! Great choice! There are two colors still available on the Coach site and Dillard’s has them in black & chalk. Dillard’s always has a lot of Coach items.

Yota! 🥰💕🥰. I was so annoyed! But, the straps are fine now. Once I undid everything and let it sit for a while, the leather recovered and they were good. This is sold out now so I’m glad I kept it and didn’t chance a return.

Dawn I’m in love with this bag I have it in black. I don’t know why but this bag reminds me of that Row bag but smaller. Not sure but it’s a great bag. The color you chose is lovely. Is that silver hardware on the dark brown or wine? Stunning.

Hi Kate! 🥰. This bag was around in the 1999’s, it’s a reissue. I know the bag you’re talking about, and it’s similar. The maple is a very dark brown. It will be great in the fall!

I purchased the chalk from Neiman Marcus and it came with a mark on it and the straps were bent and wonky as well. I returned it but it was such a cute bag! Not sure why the packaging is so bad.

Aww, that’s a shame! 😢. I think people don’t know how to neatly fold the straps. So sorry you got one with marks! They really need to check things before they are sent out.
