​@@Laura-yn7unGot2B glued "hair glue" was the product she used, but you could substitute that for a hair gel of your choice to help create a spiky texture. Then wraped polymer bands around the base of her pigtails, leaving the ends out, and tugged at the base to create a fan effect on the ends 😊

Give it a try, or else you'll never know! Y2K pigtails are so much cuter and more edgy than traditional ones, and can suit just about anyone! 😊
