Another Sight is a 2.5D Puzzle Platformer, with heavy influences from Neil Geiman and Lewis Carroll. As young "Kit," you have falling into the subterranean abyss below Victorian London, and having lost your sight, you have gained a nearly synesthetic perception of sound. The world is a lovely place now, but there are still dangers everywhere. You and your newly found cat companion Hodge will have to do a lot of work to make it back through the game's 6 themed chapters.
Perception is a compete 180 from the former. As a Survival Horror, you will test the limits of your wits to navigate through a mysterious manner home, through countless halls and even across time, to figure out why this place has been calling to you in your nightmares, and how you can get it to stop! Don't worry though, there are 3 difficulty modes to suit all players. :3

I really enjoyed this video! That was a cool way to review these games. I actually want to play both of these now. I've got a question for you though. You've reviewed a bunch of games and I've played and really enjoyed several based on your reviews! Would you consider doing a video where you talk about Indies and budget games that you think are must plays for fans of whatever genre the game falls in?

You’re like a buffer, more beautiful version of me and I’m jealous. I think the only thing I win on is the beard, hairs on par though. Anyways, another good review! I’ve been looking for more games that deal with disabilities, as they’re very niche and overlooked.

Again with the flattery~ 😆 Personally I find these games really interesting. The magic of indies is that they can reach into topics that cannot be approached by larger development companies. They are a way to see the world in a new way, so gaming through disability is in it's own way, perfectly suited for the indie genre.

I'm glad you're feeling better 👍. I played and finished Perception. I loved exploring the house and discovering the story but I really didn't like the part of the game where you are chased. I hated being chased and running in the dark. I even disabled this function of the game. Fortunately you could do that. I didn't know Another Sight and I'm interested by the story you mentionned but I'm a little afraid by the problems you mentionned in the platform part. I'll keep this game in mind for later. Thanks for the side-by-side reviews

It's a fun game, but a little disjointed. Honestly though, the platforming isn't that bad. It would likely only irritate a real Platforming fan. If you're in it for the story, it's only slightly inconvenient. 😂

I might be a bit too chicken to play Perception lol just watching the video made me feel claustrophobic. Also, as I’m losing my night sight, the idea of stumbling around with an entity hanging around. Yeah, I dunno lol The other game though, it looks interesting. Well, they both do, honestly. But Imma turn tail and go lay some eggs.
