I like when patches says you couldn't hit water if you fell out of a boat...that's a good one. But Christmas vacation is actually one of the funniest movies ever. It's so classic my family and I watches it several times every Christmas. The quotes from that movie are great to throw in at any random time in a conversation. Clark's rant is awesome

just watched every single one of these top tens. not one of them even mentions the part in Liar Liar where jim carry goes on rant and insults an entire room full of people including his boss. one of the greatest string of insults i have ever heard.

What's best about #1 is that the director made him do a lot of takes (i beileve) that he was getting frustrated and ended up using tht anger for that scene that endes up in the movie, making it that much more hilarious.

#10 and #1 are the only ones I agree with. The scene from The 40 Year Old Virgin was funny, but it wasn't that funny of an insult, it was more like a funny scene/quote, but I wouldn't consider it a top 10.

Malcolm Tucker is too funny, however in both In The Loop and The Thick of It, the on-screen chemistry between him and Jamie McDonald are the best parts. Most likely because Capaldi and Higgins seem to fire the insults without a second thought.
