I loved the book the Miracle Morning. I now get up at 4:30 the days I work in the office at 6:30 and 5:00 the two days I start at that time at home. I try to be up at 6 or 6:30 on the weekends. I love getting up early! Congrats on making it too work on time and forcing yourself to get out more to help your self care. That’s a real challenge for me too, I’m a definite introvert. Love the snowman glass! ⛄️

And what helps me is reading Gods promises in the Bible or Bible on line. You can look up verses for depression, anxiety, grieving, sadness.. Covers all 😀.. LoL. Just saying 😉.
