Wow. PhD student from IIT Delhi here. No one on KZfaq explained Tukey test in Excel as clearly as you have! Everyone just explains using R or some statistical software. Thank you so much for this tutorial!

Yes, the experiments should be performed in random order.

Sir, Can we determine which material type- out of material 1,2 & 3 have more influence among them using anova test.

You can make three box plots for the three material types on the same graph and see that visually.
