The man who did the water restoration, I had two bed, two bad, two closest and a short hall with about 1/2 inch water. He came out in two hours, sucked up the remaining water. He didn't use fans or take out the wet laminate flooring and let it stay wet for 5 days. This water came from a washing machine. He said had to wait on insurance. On the 5th days he pulled out all the floor and the stench so bad I could hardly breath. It caused mold by how he did it. I started to get sick within 3 days, which I believe came from the bacteria and mold he let grow.

Great educational video! Would a small one time leak from a shower waste and overflow / shower valve that leaked to downstairs ceiling be considered a catagory 3?
