◎ About this Warriors Path Meditation
The rune ANSUZ is the fourth of the 24 rune elder futhark. With this rune (and the rune meditation) you can bring in creativity, depth, empowerment, spellcasting, breath and wisdom
Ansus is the rune of breath and communication. It can help you onnect to the allfather and bring forth song and manifestation
By chanting and reciting the rune, we align with the energy and magick held within its vibration and realm.

This is a brilliant idea. Combining the rhythm of drum & knowledge, with galðr. Ansuz & Laguz have been helpful for me over the past 4 yrs. Dealing with grief and myself. I hope you continue to create these. I've found nothing similar or that I would compare with yours because there are none. You've created something special here I'll have you know.🌱 May the old fire continue to heal.🔥

I’m beginning to learn about the Norse Gods and the runes. This meditation made me cry. I felt Odin beside me telling me I am more than the limitations of my disabilities. He asked me very gently but bluntly does him only having one eye make him any less powerful? I said no. He then hugged me and said then daughter why are you afraid of loosing your hearing your left ear? Sing for me. I gave my struggle with the insurance company to Odin, and my faith my rewarded. Today the insurance company approved my request for a hearing aid. Praise to Odin. Thank you father. Thank you Loki my mother.

i had someone interpret a dream for me recently and I think they might not have been in my best interest. Maybe you could help me. I was standing on the bank of a river and it was frozen, but there was fire in the center spinning. On the other side there was a pack of wolves. The leader spoke to me, and said don’t fear the wolf that walks alone. Follow him. The fire kept growing stronger but it never melted the ice.

I appreciate you doing this. I enjoyed and benefited from this Anzus. I'd like to point out one thing which is the use of the word "know". I believe it is a trick word. One can accomplish deeper states of mind control by removing the word from their vocabulary as best as possible. Replace it with the wide variety of more descriptive words. It's been a wild and challenging ride since I started this mind game a few months ago.

Very good explanation of the rune. I am glad you also incorporated the idea of release from chains as described in Odin’s 18 rune spells in Havamal. For this era this is perhaps the most important rune.

Beautiful! This channel is a gift that keeps giving. I tried to lie down and enjoy this meditation in stillness, but ultimately I couldn't. My mind quieted down and my self responded, eager to start moving around, stretch, dance a bit. So I let it and it felt wonderful.

These are awesome, man. Really appreciate the high quality of your work. Most of your contemporaries are a bit lame. No surprise to me that I found your Thurisaz vid first. So far I have picked that rune out of my full bag every single time I try. I put the most energy into that one and my fingers can ALWAYS find it so far. So I am pretty well sold that there is power here. And I'm excited to learn more about them all. Thank you for your assistance along my path.
