First, have a look at the subjects you have got lower grades in. If it is non essential subjects like English or Nepali, just tell that I was slightly weak in the subjects related to language. If you have got lower score in any of the major subjects, then tell the exact reason why you got distracted. Could be that you were involved in the Football as a Captain thought the high school. Or you studied online and that effected your marks in high school but you scored really well in grade 10. So figure out the reason based on your profile.

I don’t know your university and every university is unique. Research about your university and add two things to your answer: 1. What are the on-campus opportunities relevant to your field that your university offers. 2. Why the course offered by the university is relevant to you ? Regarding why this major here is a sample answer but remember to make your own answer based on your experience.
