@Demitria Adams He could be married to the 11 year spouse still, and if he dated around for, say, 5 years after he was divorced/widowed from his first one, then he got married to the first one at age 23. Totally normal. 23=69-(11+5+30) (I support polygamy among consenting adults tho!)
