S what u said is correct sonti poddi vedichesthundi but ok from 9th month... Chala koncham just onka pinch poddi first muddalo vesukoni ghee vesukoni tinnali.... I did it for my first pregnancy and now also I am doing...i am in my last week of pregnancy
